I had a pumpkin facial today (I know, total white girl) and my medical aesthetician and I were talking about trips, Bali, and fruit. So naturally when I went to the store all I wanted was fruit. And then I saw the shortcakes. AND THEN I SAW THE CALORIES. NO NO NO NO NO.
So, I decided to make my own high protein version!!! Enjoy!!!!
Protein Ice Cream:
In a blender, add a splash of almond milk, ice, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Blend. Keep in freezer until ready to serve
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, mix 1/2 packet original lil buff protein batter mix (coupon code Bowmar Fitness for 15% off). Add 1 egg white and a splash of almond milk. Mix together. Fill 6 mini muffin tins (sprayed) and bake until golden brown.
While your cake is cooking, slice your strawberries
When the cake is done, spray 1 pump of spray butter on the top of each mini muffin
Top your ice cream with strawberries and cake! Enjoy!
