Superset 1
5 sets of 10 deadlifts
5 sets of 10 squats- butt touching the ground

Superset 2
3 sets of 10 hip thrusters
3 sets of walking weighted lunges

Superset 3
3 sets of 10 donley kickbacks
3 sets of glute pushdowns on assisted pull up machine
