Protein Cookie Dough Brownies

I am one of the world's worst dieters. I will admit that. But that just forces me to be creative in the kitchen and come up with healthy alternatives to all of the things I am craving. I was at the mall today (that happens about 3 times a year) and made the fatal mistake of walking by the cookie kiosk. There I saw it: the cookie dough brownie. That's right. A brownie topped with cookie dough. I mustered all of my willpower and walked right by it. Four hours later, I am now eating my own protein version of it, and while it doesn't take exactly like the one at the mall probably would have (just being honest), it tastes a lot better than wrecking my whole day by consuming my whole day's worth of fat in just a few bites.

I also would like to point out that not all protein powders are created equal. I cannot guarantee how your creations will taste if you don't use the same protein that I use. I have our own brand linked below if you are interested in ordering. I used the vanilla for both the brownie and cookie dough

Order protein: https://bowmarfitness.com/product/protein-powder/

Brownie Ingredients
1 scoop 100 Protein Powder (vanilla)
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg white (3 TBSP)
1 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP coconut flour

Cookie Dough Ingredients
1 scoop 100 Protein Powder (vanilla)
1 TBSP coconut flour
Enough almond milk to make a sticky paste (it won't take much)

Set oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cookie dough ingredients together and put in fridge

Mix all brownie ingredients together. Spray a small bread tin and pour brownie mixture in. Bake for 7 minutes.

Top brownie with cookie dough mixture. Top with chocolate chips or sprinkles (I did both as you can see below). I cut the brownie in half and used 1/2 of my cookie dough mixture on each piece

  1. LOVE THE RECIPE!! I was wondering if you'd be willing to provide nutritional info for these?? Just calories, protein, fat and carbs? I know it will be based on the protein powder that you're currently using, I was just going to use it as a guideline until I finish my current tub of protein and then purchase one from your website.
Thanks again for this, they look amazing and I can't wait to try them!!
