Blue Goddess Smoothie and new HIIT workout

My quads were on fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee (sang in Alicia Key's voice) last night during my 3 HIIT workouts.

I created a new HIIT workout last night on top of my two HIITs I usually do.

New Sarah B HIIT
Run 1 lap (at LA, that's 1/9 of a mile)
50 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees
Repeat 10 ten times- I finished in 19.5 minutes

HIIT 2
15 minutes of 60,90,100,130 Stairmaster

HIIT3
20 minutes Heavy Elliptical Intervals- 15 incline 7 resistance

Blue Goddess Smoothie Recipe

Breakfast this morning :)

Recipe:
2 cups raw spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 peeled, sliced, and frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
85 grams organic extra firm tofu
1/8 cup sugar free syrup

Blend.

Top with 1 TBSP chia seeds.
